High Speed Propeller Tests with the Series 1520 and Propwashed

I’ve long been frustrated by the lack of publicly available information on how miniquad propellers perform.

He is working on propeller testing at high speed (50 mph+). Since wind tunnels that can achieve such speeds are relatively more difficult and expensive to build, he flipped the problem around by moving the propeller instead of the air. The tests were performed on the El Mirage dried lake in California. He got some amazing pictures! The tests were quite extensive with 15 propellers tested.
